5 Minute Morning / Busy Mom Yoga – Om Sweet Home Blog

Made this at the beginning of my motherhood journey when I was trying to figure out how to care for a baby and squeeze in a few minutes of stretching here and there.  

Well, I still haven’t figured out the whole time management and balance thing, surprise, surprise!  Which is why this is a good one to do first thing in the morning before baby even wakes up so you’re guaranteed the mini stretch session.  Hey, a small win before even getting out of bed?  I’ll take it!

It’s a short enough serquence that you can easily remember and add it to your daily morning wake up routine. If you have a bit more time, hold the stretches longer for an even juicer stretch session.
