This is a great blog post because it lists some important advice when starting your registry, such as “always know the return policies before adding something to your registry”. She also has a good list of what you “need now” and things to “add later”. I think this is important because some items are very necessary, and you may want friends and family to buy those items first. Then if everything you really want has been purchased you can add more things later on.
