To new mothers-to-be, pregnancy can be an extremely nerve wracking time in their life. There are countless questions that immediately come to mind: 'What foods should I avoid?' 'Can I exercise without endangering my child?' 'What do I need to pack for the hospital?' While your family doctor or midwife is your best source of information, there are also a wealth of smartphone apps that can help you with the small things, like scheduling your doctor's appointments, providing useful tips and advice, and recommending stuff to pack into your bug-out bag for the big day. Mind you, these are no replacement for formal, prenatal care.
