The largest muscle group of the body, stronger glutes can mean better posture, healthier knees, as well as pain-free lower back and hips. So many perks than just a ‘perkier’ butt! Combining yoga with pilates moves to strengthen core and glutes, this intermediate-level flow is followed by a relaxing stretch session to cool down and stretch it all out.
