The Welcoming Prayer

This is a beautiful prayer to welcome the day as it unfolds around you. Whether you believe in God, a higher being, or nothing at all, I still find this prayer to be healing because it reminds me of the grace and healing that I already possess. Too often we forget the good we already have within us that allows us to welcome the many ups and downs within the day with an openness. We are all on a healing journey.
